At Scentimental Prints, in additional to creating a truly unique way to celebrate life's special moments, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service. Please take a moment to read through our refund/cancellation policies.

 

Refunds
As the world's first company to offer scented announcements and invitations specifically personalized to our customer's expectations, we cannot issue refunds on products that cannot be sold to another customer. However, if the refund request is found to be caused by an error on our part (misspellings, incorrect design sent to you, etc...) then we will promptly process the order again or issue a refund to you. All issues should be reported to us promptly for quick resolution; any refund request needs to be made to us within 14 days from the time of shipment. Again, our goal is to make your experience with Scentimental Prints a truly unique and pleasurable one and we welcome customer feedback.

 

Cancellations
Depending upon order volume and the time of year your order may begin   processing the day it is received by us. We accept cancellations up to three days after your order is received as long as the order has not begun processing. Once the designer has begun working on your products or printing has begun, it is too late to cancel.

 

Shipping
We make every effort to process and ship your order out as quickly as possible. Processing time and shipping may vary depending upon order volume and the time of year. We cannot guarantee delivery on any given day; please allow 8-10 business days to process your order before shipping. In most cases our customer's orders leave our studio well before then.
